To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all condominium galleries are taking the following measures.

・We will guide you only for one set of each time zone with a complete reservation system.

(For customers who come to the store without reservation, visit may be refused.)

・Business hours during the declaration of a state of emergency period are from 10:00 to 17:00.

・We thoroughly wash our staff, thoroughly disinfect alcohol, recommend wearing masks, and thoroughly disinfect equipment such as model rooms and customer service tables.
(Please note that the staff may not wear it due to lack of mask supply in the market.)

・The entrances and windows are opened to prevent sealing of the condominium gallery, and the outside air is regularly used for ventilation.

・For customers who cannot come to the condominium gallery due to refraining from going out, we will send you an introduction video etc. in the model room by e-mail if requested.

・For the safety of our customers and our employees, we may refuse to provide guidance to customers who fall under the following conditions.
(1) Those who have stayed in all countries and regions overseas within 14 days of arrival.
(2) Those who have cold symptoms, fever of 37.5 degrees or more, looseness, breathlessness, etc.
(3) Those who may have close contact after the date of onset of infected person and who have not passed 14 days from the date of contact
(4) In addition, those who are not feeling well

Going forward, we will continue to take necessary measures while closely monitoring the situation for the health and safety of our customers and staff.

In addition, there may be differences from the contents that have already been announced to customers, such as the opening and closing time of the condominium gallery, and the contents of advertising materials.
